PROGRAMMERS REGISTRATION

We open the registration term for programmers and professionals!
We get in touch with you again in order to inform you that the 29th Fira de Teatre de Titelles de Lleida will take place on May 4th, 5th and 6th 2018.

We will send you the RENFE promotional number to get a discount if you need to book a train to come to Lleida.

THE FAIR WILL PAY:

2 hotel nights with breakfast for one person.
The accommodation offered is in a twin-bedded room to be shared with another person registered in the Fair. If you prefer another kind of room, you should pay:

  • Single room: 50 € / night (breakfast included)
  • Double room: 50 € / night (breakfast included) (if you come with another person)
  • Triple room: 70 € /night (breakfast included)

If more than one person for organization is coming, their organization will pay the expenses. Accommodation will not be paid to entities that live within a radius of less than 60 km.

One free ticket per performance and organization
If more than one person for organization is coming, he/she will pay the total amount of his/her tickets.


THE ORGANIZATION WILL PAY:

  • The price of the registration in the Fair will be 35 €
  • The price of each lunch will be 9 €
Saturday and Sunday lunches: Gourmet Restaurant (Hotel Real) (from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm)
  • The price of each aperitif will be 2 €
Opening Aperitif - Friday: PRO Area (9:15 pm)
Closing Aperitif - Sunday: Teatre Escorxador Hall (9.30 pm)
